Raw Pure Coconut  Porridge

 

Plov and Daikon Salad



 

 Zucchini, Carrot Pasta with Tomato Sauce

Almond Milk

serves 4

Ingredients

1 cup Almond blanched*

3-4 cups Filtered water

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

2 Dates

1 tsp Coconut oil

 

Instructions

  • Blend almonds and water for 1 mins.  

  • Using a sieve drain the milk liquid into a nut milk bag and keep the almond pulp separately on the side to use for an almond spread.

  • Pour liquid back into the blender and add powdered cardamom and pitted dates.  

  • Blend until smooth and well mixed and warm oil mix into milk blend again if needed.

  • Enjoy!

 

*Blanched Almonds: After soaking have the almonds drained and in a container.  Next, add boiling hot water to cover and hear the almonds pop out of their skins.  After 2 minutes drain the hot water and then pour on cold water. The skins will easily peel off the almonds.

 

Bedtime Milk

serves 2

 

This recipe is wonderful to make you sleepy and ready for dreams.

Ingredients

2 cups Almond milk or goats milk​

1 pinch nutmeg

1/2 tsp fennel seed powder

1 pinch cardamom powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp maple syrup

 

Instructions

  • See instructions above of the first two steps for the almond milk.

  • Pour liquid back into the blender and add powdered turmeric and fennel and maple syrup.  

  • Blend until smooth and well mixed and warm oil mix into milk blend again if needed.
