Parsley has so many amino acids, vitamins and minerals such as Vit A, B6 and B12, Vit C and Vit K.  Along with minerals which help anemia, inflammation and joint problems, Only 2 tablespoons give us 2% more quality mineral calcium, iron, and folate of our daily recommended dose. Parsley is cooling and astringent in flavor which is detoxifying for the liver.

 

 

Almond parsley pate
 

2 cups almond flour or from (1 1/2 cup of nut) batch of nut milk

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1 tsp pink salt 

1/2 cup fresh Parsley roughly cut

2 tsp lemon juice (OR apple cider vinegar)

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

 

  1. In a blender add almonds, salt, lemon juice, parsley, and blend.  Next up add the nutritional yeast and pulse, add the olive oil and some water if desired. 

  2. Scrape the sides of the bowl often, and give it an extra minute or so once it's smoothly blended, so the cheese will be as creamy as possible.

  3. Use a form shape or mold the form into a round and serve.
