Here are five ingredients I hope you have in your store cupboard to make this yummy bliss balls!⁠


Apricot Sesame Bliss Balls⁠⁠

⁠makes 10

1 cup Dried Turkish Apricots ⁠
2 Tbsp Sunflower seed butter⁠
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds⁠
2 Tbsp Goji berries⁠
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup⁠
4 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds⁠

Dice the dried apricots and place all the ingredients in the food processor except for the sesame seeds.⁠
Process the mixture until it forms a well-mixed dough and sticks together if you need to add a teaspoon of water to the paste you can but the trick is not to make it wet.⁠
Using a teaspoon take out a teaspoon one at a time of the dough into the palm of the hand and roll into a ball and place to the side. After you have finished all the balls, place the sesame seeds on a plate and roll the balls over the seeds.⁠

Serve in a bowl with a turmeric latte as a midday treat.
