For an alkalizing salad, with added live enzyme activity.  This salad is fresh and delicate enough to sit well on any summer time table.







 

 

​Bean Sprouts Mango Asian Salad



2 Carrots grated
1/2 Zucchini
1 Pack of Bean Sprouts
1 Mango

Dressing :
 

2 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp Light Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sunflower seeds
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp Ginger root
2 tbsp Fresh Basil



  1.  Grate the carrot and zucchini in to a bowl.  Add cut mango and bean sprouts.
  2.  Make the dressing by placing the ingredients into a blender and mixing together.
  3.  Add the salad to a serving bowl and drizzle over the dressing.  Place the basil leaves as you mix the salad.
