Sweet and hydrating dessert or delicious soothing breakfast which is nice and light for all doshic types to enjoy especially when Agni (digestion) is low pacifying for pitta aggravating for Kapha.

Brazil-nut milk porridge with chia

serves 1

 

1/4 cup chia 1/2 cup water rehydrate and leave for 30 minutes

5 brazil nuts

3/4 cup water

2 - 4 dates

1/2 tsp Shatavari powder

 

Place the nuts and water in the blender with the dates and blend till smooth.
