Some sweet and spicy chutney to get your digestive system enlivened.

Kashmiri Cherry Chutney

makes 1 cup approx.

1/3 cup cashews soaked for 8 hrs

115g/ 3/4 cup cherries from a jar

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder

 

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pick out the cherry pips.

 Add to a serving bowl makes about 1 cup or 250ml.
