This recipe is a treat. Kids love this in the morning, we love to have this mid morning or pre- lunch.
2 cup Mango chunks
2 cup Yogurt
2 cup Filtered Water
2 tsp Cardamom
For sweetness :
Vata can add honey
Pitta add 2 dates
Kapha add stevia and a pinch of ginger
Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix till smooth. Serve with love and a smile.
