Morroc oranges came from a visit to Morroco last year. I love the fine slices of sweet oranges with cinnamon and almonds so I had to recreate this in our kitchen for snack time.
3 pinches of cinnamon
1 handful of blanched almonds
Using a sharp knife cut off the top and end of the orange. Place it on a surface board on the flat end and slice close to the skin to peel it off. Now make fine slices as you can mange.
Arrange on a plate.
Sprinkle on the cinnamon and almonds. Now its ready to serve.
