As the temperatures start to rise as we get closer to the start of summer. We look at ways to cool Pitta dosha and eat more cooling foods and drink. This looks so pretty on the table and is a rejuvenating blend.⁠ The Mediterranean blend of this digestive lassi is refreshing with mint. If you have heat in the body or inflammation take a drink!⁠

Peach Lassi


⁠Serves 4

2 cups Peach
2 cups of coconut yoghurt
1 cup of coconut milk
1 tbsp rose water
1 tsp cardamom
3 tbsp maple syrup
Mint 🍃

De-stone the peaches and cut into pieces and add to a blender. Blend with the rest of the ingredients and serve with fresh mint leaves.
