Dates are natures gifts to get the sweet and astringent tastes which nourish and comforts pitta dosha. They are heavy in quality which also balances out vata and pitta dosha. Dates build tissue and have a cooling effect on the body.⁠

These are quick and easy to make treat!⁠

Stuffed Dates⁠

9 Medjool dates ⁠

3 tsp coconut cream with a pinch of cardamom powder⁠
3 tsp almond butter⁠
3 tsp carrot halva⁠

Slice the dates halfway through and remove the stones. ⁠
Add a teaspoon of either almond butter, coconut cream or carrot halva to the dates as fillings.
