Mediterranean Almond Cheese Recipe, was stated by my beloved THE BEST BREAKFAST SPREAD IN THE WORLD.   Yet you will enjoy this too :) 
Store covered in the fridge for up to 3-5 days. 
Beetroot sunflower spread


2 cups soaked sunflower seeds

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup brewers yeast 

1 tsp Himalayan salt

1 small beetroot

2 tsp Lemon juice (OR apple cider vinegar)

1/4 cup Olive oil, flax or linseed oil

paprika to sprinkle



  1. Gradually add olive oil, flax seed oil, or a combination of both as you blend or mix the sunflower seeds into a paste. 

  2. Scrape the sides of the bowl often, and give it an extra minute or so once it's smoothly blended, so the cheese will be as creamy as possible.

  3. Mix in the beet, salt, lemon juice and brewers yeast. Use a bowl or mold to shape the form into a round and serve with paprika sprinkled on top.
