Turmeric Chocolate Bliss balls, wow heaven on a plate.  Turmeric is a super food so make sure you add it in.

 

Turmeric choco bliss balls

 

  • ½ cup coconut oil

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • 1 cup raw shredded coconut keep back 1/4 cup for topping

  • 3/4 cup raw cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup Burdock root powder

  • rind of a lemon

  • juice of a lemon

  • 5 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 - 2 tsp turmeric powder

 

  1. Add the flour and shredded coconut into a bowl with salt, burdock and cocoa powder.

  2. Melt coconut oil and add sweetener 

  3. Finely grate the lemon and add rind and juice into liquid.

  4. Blend wet and dry ingredients together.

  5. On a dry surface add coconut and turmeric and mix together.

  6. Shape the chocolate mixture into balls and roll them about on the surface with toping mixture.

  7. Once shaped and topping added to refrigerator to chill for 10 mins and then serve or keep in fridge until needed for unto 5 days.
