Zucchini Hummus is a raw fruit paste rather than using chickpeas aka garbanzos we use the full fruit and balance up with amino acids from hemp seeds.
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Lemon juice
2 tsp Nutritional yeast
1/2 Hemp seeds
3 tsp Toasted Sesame seeds
Paprika to taste
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
Blend all except the sesame seeds and a pinch of hemp until smooth.
Add the remaining toasted sesame and hemp seeds with paprika to dress.
